Baranof Realty is a RE/MAX franchise as of 2017. Travis Vaughan purchased Baranof Realty in 2014 from long-time owner Cathy Shaffer. Cathy had acquired ownership in 1987, and moved to the present location in the historic Rose Hill Place Building in 1995.
